Signing requires you to enable eth_sign function in your provider or switch to a Provider that supports it.
We have taken into account the possibility of migrating from using the "eth_sign" function for authenticating messages to using sign authentication messages. However, to maintain the stability of our application, we are

To enable eth_sign on Metamask, go to Settings > Advanced and toggle on "eth_sign".
